Robert Raymond Davis was born April 11, 1914 to parents James and Catherine (Murphy) Davis. He married Viola Mickelson on April 6, 1960. He and his wife eventually ended up in White, SD where he established a career as the Standard Oil Agent. He sold his business with the start of WW2 where he enlisted in the US Naval Reserves (Navy Sea Bees). He was honorably discharged in 1945 with the rank of MOMM2. Bob and Viola had two sons, Michael and Steven. Bob died on March 10, 1961.
